§ 43.2. Power of police to make arrests.

  • Any policeman of the City of Port Wentworth may arrest without a warrant for the violation of any ordinance of said city committed in his presence, any person within the limits of the State of Georgia, provided that such policeman shall have entered into immediate and continuous pursuit of such offender.
