§ 6-5. Fees for use; adopted.

(a)

A person desiring to use the building shall pay to the city a fee of forty dollars ($40.00) and a refundable key deposit of forty dollars ($40.00). Upon inspection of the building following its use, the key deposit will be returned within three (3) business days to the citizen if the building is found to be in satisfactory condition.

(b)

Fees charged for the use of the building shall be paid at the date of the reservation.
