§ 6-4. Notice of use.

(a)

A person or group desiring to use the building shall give five (5) days notice to the mayor and council.

(b)

If the building is not in use and a person or group request its use, under conditions which are impossible or inconvenient to give five (5) days notice, the mayor and council, may waive the five (5) days required notice.
