§ 19.1-11. Residential subdivision entrance signs.

  • Within a platted residential subdivisions consisting of more than two (2) parcels, no more than two (2) monument signs may be erected at each entrance to the subdivision. Such signs shall not exceed a height of ten (10) feet above the grade level of the center line of the adjacent street and shall not have a sign area greater than one hundred (100) square feet. Such entrance signs shall not count toward the maximum allowable sign area on a residential parcel.
