§ 13-1. Speed Limits.

  • Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 40-6-183 concerning local authorities' power to alter lawful speed limits, the following ordinance regulating speed limits within the city is adopted. The following speed zones are hereby established based on an engineering and traffic investigation as prescribed by law.
