§ 4-19. Rabies inoculation required.

  • All dogs and cats which have become three (3) months of age shall be vaccinated against rabies, and their owners shall obtain a license for such dogs and cats every twelve (12) months following the original vaccination and licensing of these dogs or cats. Any license not acquired and paid for within thirty (30) days of annual inoculation shall thereafter be assessed an additional four dollars ($4.00) per license as a penalty charge.
