§ 3-41. Definitions.

(a)

Alcoholic beverages, for the purpose of this chapter, includes any alcohol, distilled spirits, beer, malt beverage, wine, or fortified wine as defined in O.C.G.A. § 3-1-2.

(b)

Malt beverages, for the purpose of this chapter, includes any malt or fermented beverage as defined in O.C.G.A. § 3-1-2.

(c)

Distilled spirits, for the purpose of this chapter, includes any distilled spirits as defined in O.C.G.A. § 3-1-2.

(d)

All other terms, as used in this chapter shall be defined as set forth in O.C.G.A. § 3-1-2.
