Chapter 23. GEORGIA MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES DEFINED BENEFIT PLAN AND ADOPTION AGREEMENT

§ 23-1. Adoption by reference.

The Georgia Municipal Employees Defined Benefit Plan, Adoption Agreement, and addendum of the City of Port Wentworth adopted by mayor and council on November 21, 2002, as now or hereafter amended, is hereby incorporated into the Code of the City of Port Wentworth and made part hereof by reference. A copy of the Georgia Municipal Employees Defined Benefit Plan and Adoption Agreement shall be maintained on file in the office of the city clerk.
