§ 19.1-18. Illumination.

Illumination for signs shall not cast light on adjoining property or shine in such a manner as to cause traffic interference. Illumination, other than internal illumination of digital or electronic message board sign conforming to the requirements of subsection 19.1-13(h), shall be constant and shall not change, flash, scroll or stimulate movement.
