§ 15-2. Disturbing peace; riotous conduct; keeping disorderly house.

It shall be unlawful for any person in the night or day to disturb the peace and quiet of the city in any manner whatsoever or be guilty of any riotous, disorderly, or improper conduct, or keep a disorderly house within the city.
