§ 15-14. Use of boat ramps for commercial purposes; leaving boats unattended on boat ramp.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use for commercial purposes of any nature whatsoever, or leave unattended a boat or other craft anchored at or tied to any of the lands (or improvements or facilities constructed thereon) leased by Continental Can Company to the city for use as a boat ramp by the people of the city.
