§ 13-13. On-street parking prohibited on Traveler's Way.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to park or stand any car, truck or freight-carrying vehicle on Traveler's Way or the right-of-way from State Route 21 to the point of terminus, except that freight-carrying vehicles delivering or receiving goods for a period not to exceed one (1) continuous hour during daylight hours only.

    (b)

    Traveler's Way shall be posted with no parking signs and towing signs.

    (c)

    This section shall be enforced by towing of any vehicles in violation. Property owners along Traveler's Way can notify the towing company employed by the city for such matters.

    (d)

    The penalty for violation of this section is a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) plus all other fees incorporated into the removal and storage of said vehicle.
