§ 10.1. Conflict with Other Laws.

Whenever the regulations of this ordinance require a greater lot width, or greater size of yards, or a larger size of lot, or impose other more restrictive standards than are required in or under any other statute or ordinance, then the requirements of this ordinance shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any other statute or ordinance require more restrictive standards than are required by this ordinance, then the provisions of such statute or ordinance shall govern.
